my experience in this hotel started very well, we arrived in Madrid with an early flight and we were supposed to check in at 3pm but they gave us the room at 11am so I was very happy about it, the receptionist told me that when they do have rooms available they always try to help, The hotel is stunning, is a jardin indeed, the plants are everywhere and I loved it. We booked the most simple room because we were in Madrid just one day to connect to another flight the next day and the room was above my expectations, I can't immagine how beautiful the suite must be. Very good price as well and good location 👍🏼 100% raccomanded

Great location. Only steps from the Metro, making it easy to explore the city. We also chose this location because it is close to where our daughter is staying during a study abroad semester. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly and spoke proficient English. We did not opt for the included breakfast so I can't speak to that. In general, we had a great stay!

The hotel staff was pleasant and kind, the room was very spacious and clean, and the beds were very comfortable. In addition, right next to the hotel there is a huge branch of the Carrefour supermarket, which is very convenient

It is extremely clean, elegant, staff is very caring, the location is also perfect - it meets all our needs. The quality to price ratio in case of this hotel in the highest the guests can expect.
